Intensive 1-month program, twice per year— Target: Haitian women aged 18-35— 3 stages: La Cohorte (1 month, 30-60 women) → Le Mentorat (3-6 months, alumni-led) → La Communaute (annual membership network)— 2025 editions: Career Development (March, 30 women) and Leadership Skills (October, 30 girls)— Results to date: 3 cohorts, 75 participants, 25 mentored

InspireHim

FanmIn’s program to accompany and inspire Haitian men and boys to become positive agents of change and pillars of family harmony.Delivered through: awareness campaigns, Koze FanmIn podcast, testimonials, training, mentorship, mental/physical/spiritual health workshops. 2025 editions: InspireHim to be a Gentleman, InspireHim to be an Exceptional Father (June), InspireHim to take care of his Mental Health (November).

APEDI

APEDI 1: April 2025 (Easter), partner: LIFAB; APEDI 2: August 2025 (Back to school), partner: Dreams and Hopes for Haiti; APEDI 3: November 2025 (Year-end), partner: ACDT; Add impact stats: 4 editions, 200 kits distributed, 3 key partners.

(English, Spanish, Japanese, French, Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Marketing, Sign Language). Add Eksplore feature (weekly social media vocabulary post). Add stats: 3 editions, 450 participants, 10 courses. 2025 sessions: Spring (March) and Fall (September).

Sante Mantal FanmIn

A set of activities creating safe spaces for exchange and mutual support, raising awareness and educating the community on mental health.2025 activities: weekly mental health column, Ann Pale FanmIn podcast, mental health community group, annual FanmIn Mental Health Week (November).

FanmIn Fit

Initiative promoting physical wellness through sports activities, awareness workshops, and community events.2025: EmpowerHer with SelfDefence — kickboxing camp for mothers and daughters (May 2025, Mother’s Day). Integration with Sante Mantal combining physical and mental activities.
